About Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and SQL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems and enterprise-grade applications. This role requires deep knowledge of distributed systems, database optimization, API development, and modern software engineering practices.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Build high-performance, enterprise-grade solutions that support business-critical applications.




- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integration services for distributed systems.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.
- Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.
- Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, partitioning, and data-model improvements.
- Work with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Implement security, scalability, reliability, and performance improvements across backend services.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and technical best practices.
- Build and maintain microservices-based applications and event-driven architectures.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline deployments and releases.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across project teams.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 7–11 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Collections Framework, Multithreading, Concurrency, JVM Internals, and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Data, and Microservices architecture.
- Strong SQL expertise with hands-on experience writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Experience with database performance tuning, indexing strategies, partitioning, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server databases.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, backend integration patterns, and service-oriented architectures.
- Experience with JPA, Hibernate, and ORM frameworks.




- Expertise in developing and supporting high-volume transactional systems.
- Experience handling large datasets and performance-sensitive applications.
- Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices design principles.
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments and production support scenarios.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
