Position Summary The Senior Trainer Interior Design will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical and theoretical training in Interior Design workflows, and architectural software. The role includes guiding learners through live projects and portfolios, monitoring their progress, supporting junior trainers, and ensuring excellent learning outcomes.

Education

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in Interior Design software are an added advantage.

Experience

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Interior Design, Architecture.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, mentoring, or guiding teams or junior colleagues.

- Prior experience in academic or corporate training is preferred.

Required Skills

- AutoCAD

- SketchUp

- Autodesk Revit (Architecture/BIM)

- 3ds Max

- V-Ray / Lumion (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Training & Academic Excellence

- Deliver classroom, practical,



and theory sessions on Interior Design and architectural software.

- Train students as well as working professionals using industry-oriented teaching methods.

- Guide students in live projects, portfolios, and capstone assignments.

- Monitor student performance and provide regular mentoring and feedback.

- Maintain high training standards and ensure timely, quality curriculum delivery.

Course & Content Support

- Contribute to developing and updating course content, project briefs, and practical exercises based on current industry trends.

- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments for assigned batches.

- Support junior trainers through guidance, knowledge sharing, and demo sessions.

- Report to the Head of Department and follow the departments academic standards and processes.

Operational Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Operations, Admissions, Placement, and Marketing teams as required.

- Support seminars, workshops, webinars, and promotional activities.

- Track attendance, performance, and certification readiness for assigned batches.

- Ensure timely completion of courses and practical assignments.

- Maintain batch reports, documentation, and academic records.
