Role Description The Senior Interior Designer – Modular will lead end-to-end design and execution of modular interior projects, including kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions, and other built-in elements. This full time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves meeting clients, understanding requirements, and translating needs into practical design concepts and detailed drawings.

Responsibilities include space planning, preparing and reviewing construction and installation drawings, specifying materials and FF&E;, coordinating with vendors and site teams, and ensuring design quality through to project handover. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, maintaining design standards,



and collaborating with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with experience in modular solutions and residential projects.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts for functionality, aesthetics, and efficient use of modular systems.
- Ability to produce and review detailed Construction Drawings, including working drawings and installation plans.
- Knowledge of FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, material specifications, and finishes coordination.
- Experience with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant interior design experience, preferably in modular or system-based interiors.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong client communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors.
