WE’RE HIRING | Senior Interior Designer / Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle client consultations and understand residential interior design requirements.

* Pitch design solutions and convert potential clients into confirmed projects.

* Manage client follow-ups, negotiations , and sales closures.

* Understand the complete interior design process, from planning and design to execution .

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Develop efficient processes and ensure attention to detail in every stage.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in pitching and converting clients for residential interior projects.
- Robust client-handling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A solution-oriented, process-driven, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to take ownership and independently manage client relationships.
