About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead residential interior projects from concept to handover. You will work closely with clients, the sales and execution teams, and vendors to deliver well-planned, well-finished homes.

Key responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements, lifestyle and budget, and turn them into design concepts
- Prepare space plans, layouts, 3D views and presentations for client approval
- Develop detailed working drawings, including furniture, false ceiling, electrical and civil layouts
- Select materials, finishes, colours, lighting and furnishings that fit the budget and brief
- Prepare accurate quotations and BOQs in coordination with the estimation team
- Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers and vendors to make sure the design is executed correctly
- Conduct site visits to check quality,



finishes and timelines
- Handle client meetings, presentations and revisions professionally
- Guide and review the work of junior designers
- Stay updated on design trends, materials and new products

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in residential interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and a rendering tool such as V-Ray, Enscape or 3ds Max
- Solid knowledge of materials, modular furniture, finishes and site execution
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A strong portfolio of completed residential projects

Good to have

- Experience with modular kitchens and wardrobes
- Experience handling turnkey projects
- Knowledge of costing and vendor negotiation
