Job Summary

DS-MAX Properties is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing functional, attractive, and practical interior spaces for residential developments, including apartments and housing projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop interior layouts for residential projects.
- Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Create design concepts, mood boards, material selections, and presentations.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualizations to present design ideas.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, colours, furniture, fixtures, and lighting.
- Coordinate with project execution, procurement, and other internal teams.
- Review drawings and ensure designs meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Modify designs based on site conditions, project requirements, and feedback.
- Conduct site visits when required and support execution teams.
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and completed within project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- 2–6 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential projects.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Valuable knowledge of residential space planning, furniture layouts, materials, and finishes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
- Strong 2D drafting, 3D visualization, and technical drawing skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Candidates must be willing to work in or relocate to Bengaluru.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential interiors, apartments, villas, or housing projects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing completed or conceptual residential interior designs.
- Ability to handle designs from concept development to detailed drawings and execution support.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
