We are hiring for one of the growing premium residential interior design teams is looking for a creative and customer-focused Senior Interior Designer who combines design excellence with commercial acumen and sales skills.

✨ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Design & Customer Management: Manage projects from design kickoff to final sign-off and RFP.

? Creative Design: Develop premium designs for kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms and living spaces.

? Design + Sales: Present concepts and quotations,



manage customer expectations and drive project bookings.

? Technical Excellence: Prepare production-ready drawings and ensure site feasibility.

? Team Coordination: Collaborate with Estimation, Production and Installation teams.

? Targets & Customer Experience: Achieve design sign-offs, RFP and collection targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ 4+ years in residential interior design, preferably premium / luxury projects.

✅ Robust skills in space planning, modular furniture, detailing and finishes.

✅ Excellent customer handling, presentation and negotiation skills.

✅ Commercial awareness and understanding of quotations.

✅ Knowledge of site execution and production drawings.

✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; working knowledge of V-Ray / Enscape.

✅ Excellent English communication skills.
