We are actively seeking a data-informed Senior HRIS Analyst to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and data migration projects.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
- Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
- Oversee the administration, optimization, and maintenance of HR systems.
- Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong background in HR data analytics and reporting.
- 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
- Ability to translate complex HR processes into automated system workflows.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
- Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
