Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate monthly attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and F&F; settlements.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, compliance registers, and HR documentation.
- Manage branch-level HR operations, employee discipline, and administrative activities.
- Conduct branch visits to review HR processes, attendance, documentation, and compliance.
- Coordinate with department heads and branch managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee data.
- Support office administration including facility management, housekeeping, security, vendor coordination, and employee assets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
- Assist the HR Head in implementing HR initiatives and organizational requirements.





Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR qualified with 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, and Administration.

Desired Candidate:

- Graduate / MBA HR / MHRM.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, Payroll Processing, Attendance Management, and HR Administration.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, and employee documentation.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently and maintain accurate records.
- Willing to travel for branch visits and coordinate with multiple locations.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
- Candidates residing in Rajahmundry or nearby locations will be given preference.
