Role Description The Senior General Manager (Security) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing all security operations and management across assigned facilities. This role includes planning and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of clients’ personnel, assets, and premises.

The Senior General

Manager leads and supervises security teams, coordinates deployment and rostering, and ensures training and performance standards are met. Daily responsibilities involve monitoring security systems, conducting risk assessments and audits, managing incident response, and preparing reports for senior leadership and clients.



The role also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and client representatives, regulatory compliance, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of security processes and technologies.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in security operations, risk assessment, and incident management within facility management or related industries.
- Solid leadership skills with experience managing large security teams, including recruitment, training, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and SOPs, with attention to compliance and best practices.
- Ability to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience using security technologies and monitoring systems, and an understanding of technology-driven facility management solutions.
- Solid organizational and analytical skills to handle multi-site operations, reporting, budgeting, and continuous process improvement.
- Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management) or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience at a senior level in security management, preferably in integrated facility management or large multi-site environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and travel to client locations as required.
