You'll work on a modern governance technology ecosystem using Collibra, cloud technologies, automation frameworks, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

This is an prospect to own and influence a strategic governance platform used across a global organisation while continuing to develop your engineering skills in a collaborative and innovative team. You’ll use full-stack development, AI-assisted engineering practices, and the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform to create practical governance solutions for Macquarie Asset Management.

What role will you play? As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in building and enhancing the technology solutions that support our governance ecosystem. You will design and develop Collibra workflows, governance automation capabilities, and full-stack applications that improve the management of data, AI, and digital assets.

Working closely with governance specialists, product owners, and engineers,



you will translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions, contribute to architecture decisions, and drive innovation through AI and automation. Additionally, you will mentor team members and help foster engineering best practices across the team.

What You Offer You'll be someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working across both technology and business domains, and building solutions that create meaningful business outcomes.

We're Looking For

- Strong 6-9 years experience building and maintaining Collibra workflows and governance process automation.
- Full-stack engineering experience using technologies such as Python, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, or similar.
- Experience with AI-enabled coding and modern software engineering practices
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, application development, testing, CI/CD, security, and operational support.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to coach and mentor others.
