About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing and maintaining scalable web applications and RESTful APIs. The role requires hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code and ChatGPT, integrating them into everyday engineering workflows to enhance productivity, code quality and delivery efficiency.

The successful candidate will also play an important role in technical mentoring, code reviews, engineering best practices and continuous innovation within the development team.

The Senior Full Stack Developer will design, develop and maintain scalable web applications and RESTful APIs, actively leverage AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows, and provide technical leadership and mentoring while driving engineering best practices and continuous innovation.

Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

- Design, develop and maintain scalable, modular and high-performance web applications using ReactJS, Next.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Develop robust backend services and applications using Node.js and NestJS.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability and maintainability.
- Write clean, reusable, efficient and well-documented code.

REST API Development & Integration

- Design, develop,



test and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend applications and backend systems.
- Implement secure, scalable and productive data communication workflows.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases.

AI-Augmented Engineering

- Actively use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code and ChatGPT in daily development activities.
- Leverage AI tools for code generation, debugging, test creation, documentation and code reviews.
- Apply effective prompt engineering techniques to generate reliable and high-quality code.
- Evaluate and introduce emerging AI tools and workflows to improve engineering productivity and code quality.

Technical Leadership & Mentoring

- Mentor and guide junior developers on technical challenges, coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development standards.
- Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
- Contribute to technical discussions, solution design and architectural decisions.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams to deliver effective software solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks and software engineering practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve development processes, application performance and delivery efficiency.
- Drive innovation and technical excellence across development initiatives.

Web 3D Rendering (Desirable)





- Contribute to projects involving web-based 3D rendering technologies, where applicable.
- Explore and apply 3D rendering concepts to enhance interactive web experiences.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in web application development.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, debugging, testing, code optimization and version control.
- Experience mentoring developers and conducting technical code reviews.
- Good understanding of database technologies and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong interest in continuous learning and adopting emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Knowledge or experience in web-based 3D rendering technologies and frameworks.
- Experience working with modern AI-powered development workflows and automation.
- Experience in technical design, system architecture and engineering process improvements.
