We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Full Stack Developer who can independently handle end-to-end project development from architecture design and database modeling to backend API development and frontend implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in MERN Stack, with hands-on experience in scalable system design, modern ORM technologies, and secure API development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable application architecture independently.
- Perform database design, schema modeling, and optimization using modern ORM technologies.
- Develop secure, high-performance backend APIs following MVC architecture principles.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
- Implement effective state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Handle deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments.
- Maintain proper documentation of architecture, APIs, and workflows.

Skills and Competencies Required:

Backend

- Strong expertise in Node.js (5+ years mandatory).
- Experience with MVC architecture patterns.
- Proficiency in RESTful API development.
- Strong knowledge of modern ORM technologies (e.g., Prisma, Sequalae, Type ORM).




- Database design experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB.
- Knowledge of API security best practices (JWT, OAuth, encryption, rate limiting).
- Experience in writing optimized queries and performance tuning.
- Basic working knowledge of Python (preferred).

Frontend

- Strong experience in React.js (4+ years mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.).
- Experience with Next.js for SSR/SEO-based applications.
- Solid understanding of component-based architecture.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

Architecture & DevOps

- Ability to independently design system architecture.
- Understanding microservices and monolithic architectures.
- Experience with version control (Git).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience mentoring junior developers is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building scalable enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis).
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.
- Understanding of performance monitoring and logging tools.
