What we're looking for:

- Robust frontend engineering skills with experience building scalable, high-performance applications.
- A product-first mindset with attention to user experience, speed, and quality.
- Ability to independently own features from concept to production.
- Curiosity about AI, emerging technologies, and recent ways of building products.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and interns while remaining hands-on.
- Product-based company or fintech experience preferred.
