Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, and PostgreSQL to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. Candidates from FinTech or BFSI technology companies are preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience building secure applications, and the ability to leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Develop secure, high-performance REST APIs and integrate third-party and banking APIs.
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.
- Design database schemas, write optimised SQL queries, and improve database performance.
- Implement application security, authentication, authorisation, and data validation.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.




- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure code quality.
- Contribute to application architecture, technical documentation, and deployment processes.
- Use AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and code optimisation.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Good experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL queries, database design, and optimisation.
- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud deployment environments.
- Practical experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in a FinTech product company or BFSI technology organisation.
- Experience building secure, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
- Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
