Role Description The Senior Frontend Developer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Sumerpur, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves designing and implementing responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web applications that integrate with Kalbii’s AI-powered and business automation products.

The Senior Frontend

Developer will collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into high-quality frontend code, optimize performance, and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Responsibilities include maintaining and improving existing frontend codebases,



setting best practices for frontend architecture, reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to technical decisions and documentation. The role also involves working closely with stakeholders to refine user experiences and support continuous improvement across Kalbii’s product ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and one or more frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and building accessible, performant user interfaces.
- Knowledge of frontend tooling including package managers, build tools, module bundlers, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Experience collaborating with backend teams and working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration of frontend with microservices or cloud-based architectures.
- Background in UI/UX principles, ability to work with design systems, and familiarity with tools such as Figma or similar.
- Ability to lead frontend projects, conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and contribute to architecture and technical standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in SaaS, AI, or business software products is a plus.
