Job Summary

Vyoma Buildmat LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Field Sales Manager with a strong background in field sales, preferably in the real estate, building materials, or hardware industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, managing sales activities, and promoting the company's products in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate, construction, and hardware sectors.
- Visit builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, dealers, and project sites to generate business.
- Promote and sell the company's products, including fire doors, flush doors, PU-painted doors, vision panel doors, veneer doors, natural timber frames, laminated veneer lumber (LVL), and frame finishes.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client networks.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up with clients to close sales.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain records of client visits, sales leads, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for order processing, delivery updates,



and customer support.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and expanding the company's market presence.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4 years of experience in field sales.
- Experience in real estate, building materials, construction materials, or hardware is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of the local market, builders, contractors, dealers, and project-based sales.
- Experience in client handling, lead generation, negotiation, and business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with existing contacts in the real estate, construction, hardware, and building materials industries will be given preference. Experience in selling doors, door frames, architectural hardware, or other construction-related products will be an added advantage.
