Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.Tech with 3 to 7years of relevant experience (FMCG/F&B;, manufacturing, logistics or supply chain preferred).
- Strong hands-on Power BI: data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design, scheduled refresh and publishing.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets: pivot tables, lookups, Power Query, array formulas, Apps Script/VBA desirable.
- Working experience with an ERP, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (reports, data extraction, user support).
- Positive SQL skills for querying and reconciling data.
- Experience building automations (Power Automate, scripting or similar).
- Understanding of warehouse, inventory, procurement, production and dispatch processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
- Clear communication; able to work with non-technical users and explain data simply.
