Job Summary

Bridgestone is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, stakeholder coordination, offer negotiations, and pre-onboarding processes. Candidates with relevant non-IT recruitment experience are required. RPO experience will be an added advantage.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.




- Maintain recruitment MIS, track hiring metrics, and monitor recruitment progress.
- Coordinate pre-onboarding activities, including background verification (BGV), medicals, and travel reimbursements, wherever applicable.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of vacancies.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 46 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
- Mandatory experience in non-IT recruitment.
- RPO experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced setting.
