Role Overview

PATH Recharge is looking for a commercially driven MBA/PGDM graduate to lead the end-to-end leasing and monetisation of commercial spaces across its network of Wayside Amenities on major highways and expressways across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire tenants across restaurants, QSRs, cafés, retail, warehousing, services and other suitable categories.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through direct outreach, market research, networking and brand mapping.
- Own the complete leasing cycle: prospecting, pitching, site visits, commercial negotiation, closure and onboarding.
- Develop relationships with national brands, regional businesses, entrepreneurs and institutional occupiers.
- Assess individual locations and recommend the right tenant mix and commercial use for available spaces.
- Negotiate rentals, revenue share, security deposits, CAM and other commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, documentation, agreements and handover.




- Travel to PATH Recharge locations and meet prospective tenants as required.

Candidate Profile

- MBA / PGDM graduate from a reputed college; suitable for campus placement.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with a robust interest in sales and business development.
- Proactive 'hunter' mindset with the ability to generate opportunities independently.
- Confident in interacting with business owners, brands and senior decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel across multiple states as required.
