Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts with strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Tally, Advanced MS Excel, and AI tools to improve accounting accuracy, automate routine tasks, and enhance financial reporting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely accounting entries in Tally.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor reconciliations, customer outstanding, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, expense reports, and cash flow statements.
- Manage GST returns, TDS calculations and returns, and other applicable statutory compliances in coordination with consultants, wherever required.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, cash flow, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, clients, and internal departments for finance-related matters.
- Ensure proper documentation, invoice verification, and maintenance of financial records.




- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Use AI tools to assist with financial data analysis, report preparation, reconciliation support, and automation of repetitive tasks, with appropriate verification of outputs.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, MBA Finance, or relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Solid working knowledge of Tally .
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, data validation, and financial reporting.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and financial statements.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools for reporting, data analysis, and process automation.
- Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting activities.
- Ability to independently manage routine finance operations and resolve discrepancies.
- Comfortable working with financial data, digital tools, and technology-enabled processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
