:

- Process customer orders accurately and timely in SAP.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Service teams for seamless order fulfillment.




- Track order status from receipt to delivery and ensure adherence to customer requirements.
- Prepare sales orders, delivery documents, invoices, and shipment-related documentation.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate dispatch planning.
- Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve order, logistics, and shipment-related issues proactively.
- Maintain order records, MIS reports, and KPI dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer-specific requirements.

Job Requirements

Experience And Qualifications

- 3-6 years of experience in in SAP Sales Order Processing
- Post Graduation preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics by a licensed educational institution
- High standard of c omputer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.
