Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Accounts professional with 5–10 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, organisation-wide budgeting, costing, and cost control. The candidate should have robust accounting knowledge and experience with ERP/accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, journal entries, and bank transactions.

- Handle bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations, along with monthly and year-end closing.

- Verify invoices, expenses, debit/credit notes, and supporting documents.

- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other financial analysis for management.

- Prepare and monitor the annual budget for the entire organisation, including departmental expenses and capital expenditure.

- Review budget versus actual expenditure, analyse variances, and coordinate with departments to control costs.

- Review product-wise/process-wise costing, material consumption,



labour costs, overheads, and profitability, wherever applicable.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend measures to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

- Manage GST, TDS, statutory filings, and payments, ensuring timely compliance.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments.

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

- Experience in budgeting, costing, cost control, and financial reporting.

- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.

- Strong analytical, reconciliation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
