Position Summary:

To help drive this next chapter, we're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Salesforce Customer Experience Engineering organization, focused on field service capabilities. This role builds and supports Salesforce solutions that enable field operations, mobile workflows, and connected customer service experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development expertise, field-service technology experience, and a passion for reliable mobile and connected service solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Software Development:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce-based field service solutions.
- Build Lightning Web Components and Apex services.
- Support Salesforce Field Service and Mobile App capabilities.
- Use Copado to support release management and deployment.

Technology & Delivery:

- Translate field-service needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop platform integrations using MuleSoft and AWS services as appropriate.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability, security, and maintainability.

AI & Innovation:

- Support Agentforce and Prompt Builder capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve field-service efficiency through AI and automation.
- Contribute to platform modernization and engineering excellence.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

- 4-6 years of progressive software engineering experience.
- Experience developing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex,



and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience working within Agile software development environments.
