Responsibilities:

- Execute projects from conception to completion with a focus on mechanical maintenance and utilities such as air compressors, chillers, and pump systems.
- Develop project plans using tools such as Gantt charts, PERT charts, and identification of critical paths for timely project delivery.
- Estimate project costs, prepare proposals, and ensure adherence to budget constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee maintenance activities related to piping, conveyors, crushers, rotating equipment, dust collectors, and scrubbers.
- Collaborate effectively with the maintenance team, providing technical expertise and support where necessary.
- Demonstrate readiness to work in shifts and efficiently troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in executing projects, specifically in mechanical maintenance and utilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including Gantt charts, PERT charts, and critical path analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, spanning air compressors, chillers, pumps, and various industrial systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.




- Proven experience in project cost estimation, proposal development, and budget management.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic workplace, including readiness to work in shifts as and when required.

Note:

- Relevant certifications or additional skills in equipment troubleshooting are desirable for this role.
