About the Role

IT WIZ INFOTECH is looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Growth Specialist who can develop and execute strategies to increase product visibility, improve conversion rates, and drive sales growth across major B2C e-commerce platforms.

We are looking for someone with practical experience in growing marketplace sales, improving product performance, analyzing competitors, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Sales Growth

- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Identify growth opportunities for existing products and brands.
- Improve product visibility, discoverability, and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to achieve growth targets.

2. Marketplace Growth Strategy

- Develop platform-specific growth strategies for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Meesho, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.
- Identify opportunities to improve product rankings and organic sales.
- Research competitors, pricing strategies, market demand, and product positioning.
- Recommend strategies to increase market share and product competitiveness.

3. Marketplace Advertising & Performance Marketing

- Plan and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Improve advertising efficiency, ROAS, and overall sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to scale winning products and advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.

4. Conversion Rate Optimization

- Analyze product performance and identify reasons for low conversions.
- Recommend improvements to product presentation, pricing, offers, and promotional strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve traffic-to-sales conversion rates.

5. Sales Analytics & Growth Planning





- Analyze marketplace sales data, product performance, and customer demand.
- Track key metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, ROAS, and organic sales growth.
- Prepare growth plans and performance reports.
- Recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability and sales.

Required Experience
- Hands-on experience in growing sales on major e-commerce marketplaces.
- Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, AJIO, Meesho, Nykaa, or similar platforms.
- Experience with marketplace advertising and sales growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of product ranking, conversion optimization, competitor analysis, and revenue growth.
- Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable growth strategies.
- Previous experience managing marketplace growth for brands is preferred.
