Role Overview We are looking for a Data Solutions Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise data solutions. The candidate should combine strong technical architecture expertise with hands-on solution building and client consulting skills. This role will lead business discovery, define solution architectures, develop proofs of concept, and guide implementation teams to deliver scalable data platforms and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Building

- Design end-to-end data solutions covering ingestion, integration, storage, processing, governance, and analytics.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, solution blueprints, and delivery roadmaps.
- Build prototypes and proofs of concept to validate feasibility and demonstrate business value.
- Guide engineering teams through implementation, architecture reviews, and technical problem-solving.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, reliability, security, and cost requirements.
- Develop reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and solution accelerators.

Consulting & Client Engagement

- Lead discovery workshops to understand client objectives, data challenges, and existing technology landscapes.
- Assess data maturity and recommend modernization strategies and implementation plans.
- Advise clients on technology selection, architecture trade-offs, and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Present solution recommendations to business leaders and technical stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales activities, including proposals, demonstrations, effort estimation, and statements of work.
- Define business success measures and connect technical solutions to expected outcomes.




- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to establish scope, dependencies, and timelines

Technical Leadership & Delivery

- Provide architecture oversight from discovery through production deployment.
- Work with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
- Establish standards for data quality, governance, metadata, lineage, and access control.
- Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Mentor team members and strengthen architecture and engineering practices

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of overall experience in data engineering, enterprise data solutions, or related roles, including experience in architecture and client-facing consulting.
- Proven ability to deliver solutions from requirements gathering and architecture design through implementation and production rollout.
- Solid hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, data modeling, and ETL/ELT development.
- Strong experience with at least one cloud platform: Microsoft Stack, Azure.
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Knowledge of distributed processing, pipeline orchestration, batch and streaming architectures, and API integration.
- Understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and performance optimization.
- Experience preparing architecture documentation, technical proposals, estimates,



and implementation roadmaps.
- Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility and delivery constraints.

Preferred Skills

- Enterprise data modernization and cloud migration experience.
- Exposure to data solutions supporting AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced analytics.
- Familiarity with DataOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
- Experience building reusable or industry-specific solution accelerators.
- Relevant cloud or data architecture certifications.

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
