Position Summary

We are looking for a Civil Design Engineer with 5–10 years of relevant experience in civil/structural design, preferably in piling, precast structures, bridges, marine structures, or infrastructure projects.

The role will be primarily office-based and responsible for preparing and reviewing civil/structural designs, drawings, calculations, and technical documentation while coordinating with project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and review civil/structural designs, drawings, layouts, and calculations.

· Design and detail RCC structures, foundations, piles, pile caps, precast elements, and bridge structures.

· Prepare/review shop drawings, reinforcement details, and structural detailing.

· Review project specifications, site requirements, and technical documents.

· Ensure designs comply with IS Codes, project specifications, and applicable standards.

· Coordinate with project, execution, planning, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.





· Review drawings prepared by junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

· Resolve design queries, RFIs, and site-related technical issues.

· Prepare design calculations, technical submissions, and maintain drawing revisions/documentation.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams for design approvals.

· Ability to guide, mentor, train, and upskill junior engineers and trainees, driving technical knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualification & Experience

· B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

· 5–10 years of relevant civil/structural design experience.

· Solid knowledge of RCC, foundations, piling, and structural detailing.

· Experience in bridge and marine structures is highly preferred.

· Experience with precast structures and precast detailing is preferred.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant structural design software.

· Good understanding of IS Codes and construction practices

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
