Outpace Consulting Services is hiring experienced Senior Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process in Mumbai.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an international voice process who have strong English communication skills and are confident in handling international customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.




- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
