About the Role

Suroskie is looking for a creative Senior Content Writer with strong storytelling, ideation, and scripting skills. The role focuses on developing engaging content, scroll-stopping hooks, and performance-driven creative concepts for Reels, UGC, influencer campaigns, and Meta Ads, along with LinkedIn content for the brand and founders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop original content ideas and creative concepts for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Write scripts for Reels, UGC, influencer content, brand videos, and Meta Ads.
- Create compelling hooks, storytelling angles, and CTAs.
- Develop multiple script variations and creative angles for performance marketing.
- Research social media trends, competitors, creators, and consumer behaviour.
- Translate product benefits and consumer insights into engaging, conversion-focused content.
- Collaborate with influencer marketing, performance marketing, design, and creative teams.
- Maintain a pipeline of content ideas, hooks, and creative references.
- Develop LinkedIn content pillars, post ideas,



and thought-leadership content for the brand and founders.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, creative strategy, or social media content.
- Strong experience in video scripting and short-form content.
- Excellent understanding of hooks, audience retention, and social-first storytelling.
- Ability to independently develop original ideas and creative concepts.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, creator content, and digital trends.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and performance creatives is an added advantage.
- Excellent command of English and strong Hindi/Hinglish communication skills.
- Ability to write natural, conversational, and relatable content.
- Solid research, observation, and creative thinking skills.

Preferred Candidate We are looking for someone who can turn a simple brief into multiple creative ideas, compelling hooks, engaging scripts, and performance-focused ad concepts.

Candidates with experience in D2C, beauty, skincare, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands will be preferred.
