Role &

responsibilities: -

- Research, write, edit and proofread high-quality educational content

- Ensure all content follows SEO best practices and is optimised for search visibility

- Manage and guide a team of content writers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

- Develop content calendars and article ideas based on student interests and search trends

- Respond to student queries in the Q&A; section by conducting the necessary research and providing accurate, relevant and timely answers

- Formulate and implement a cross-platform content strategy.

- Provide editorial, creative and technical support as required.

- Track web analytics to ascertain content performance and engagement, and take necessary steps to improve results.

- Co-ordinate with other teams on content across all platforms

- Engage with students and experts to gather insights, opinions and perspectives

- Ensure content is accurate, up to date, and published within deadlines





Preferred candidate profile: -

- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English or a related field.

- 4-7 years of skilled content writing experience, preferably in Edtech or education platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Strong understanding of SEO best practices

- Working knowledge of the formal and informal education sectors

- Ability to develop fresh, innovative, unique and engaging content that addresses student needs

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments
- An open-minded approach to feedback and suggestions
- A team player who stays updated on education industry trends and relevant topics.

- Strong leadership and team management skills
