ABOUT THE ROLE

Suroskie Beauty is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Content Writer who can go beyond conventional copywriting to develop compelling ideas, engaging stories, powerful hooks, and cutting-edge creative concepts.

The ideal candidate should understand the psychology behind high-performing content and know how to turn a simple brief into engaging, relatable, and conversion-focused communication.

This role will primarily focus on content ideation, short-form video scripts, UGC, influencer campaigns, Meta Ads, and performance creatives, while also contributing to the LinkedIn content strategy for the brand and its founders.

We are looking for someone who brings fresh perspectives, thinks independently, and constantly experiments with new storytelling formats to create content that captures attention and drives results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop fresh, original, and out-of-the-box content ideas for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, UGC videos, influencer collaborations, brand films, and Meta Ads.
- Create scroll-stopping hooks, compelling storytelling angles, and strong calls to action.
- Develop multiple script variations and creative angles for performance marketing campaigns and A/B testing.
- Conceptualize innovative, consumer-centric, and conversion-focused advertising creatives.
- Translate product USPs, consumer pain points, and audience insights into relatable and persuasive content.
- Research social media trends, competitor campaigns,



creator content, and evolving consumer behaviour.
- Identify winning content patterns, analyse why certain creatives perform well, and apply those insights to future campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creative concepts, hooks, scripts, references, and content opportunities.
- Collaborate with influencer marketing, performance marketing, social media, design, and video production teams.
- Develop LinkedIn content pillars, post ideas, founder-led storytelling, and thought-leadership content.
- Contribute to strengthening the brand's and founders' professional presence through consistent, engaging LinkedIn communication.
- Maintain brand voice consistency while adapting content to different platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, creative strategy, or social media content creation.
- Strong experience in writing short-form video scripts, particularly for Instagram Reels, UGC, influencer campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Excellent understanding of hooks, audience retention, storytelling, and social-first communication.
- Proven ability to generate original ideas and develop multiple creative concepts from a single brief.
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends,



creator-led content, and digital content formats.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, performance marketing creatives, and creative testing methodologies will be preferred.
- Excellent command of English and strong proficiency in Hindi/Hinglish communication.
- Ability to write natural, conversational, relatable, and persuasive content.
- Strong research, observation, ideation, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple briefs, and deliver quality content within deadlines.
