Role Description The Senior Content Creator will lead the development of engaging, culturally rich content for Superfan.ng’s learning platform and related channels. This full-time remote role involves researching African languages and cultural practices, designing quiz-based learning experiences, and crafting narrative content that brings proverbs, folklore, and traditions to life. The role includes planning content calendars, collaborating with product and design teams, and optimizing content for user engagement and retention.

The Senior Content

Creator will also oversee content quality, mentor junior contributors, and use analytics to refine and improve content performance across the app, social media,



and other digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in content creation and storytelling, including experience writing educational or culturally focused content.
- Proficiency in digital content production, such as developing app-based learning materials, quizzes, or interactive content.
- Ability to conduct thorough research on African languages, traditions, and cultural practices, and translate findings into accessible content.
- Experience with content strategy and planning, including managing editorial calendars and aligning content with product goals.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or audience engagement principles to tailor content for diverse online communities.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Background or strong interest in African studies, linguistics, anthropology, or a related field is highly beneficial.
- Experience in edtech, game-based learning, or mobile app content development is a plus.
