Mandatory Skills & Responsibilities
- SAP PP/QM Expertise: Minimum 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) .
- End-to-End Implementation: Must have completed at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations , with a solid understanding of the complete project lifecycle.
- Demand Management: Strong functional knowledge of demand planning and demand management processes.
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Hands-on experience with MRP processes and planning activities.
- Manufacturing Processes: Strong understanding of Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) scenarios.
- Production Orders:
Experience handling Planned Orders and Production Orders .
- Master Data Management: Strong knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, Routings, and Production Versions .
- Discrete Manufacturing: Proven experience working with Discrete Manufacturing processes.
Preferred Skills
- SAP Module Integration: Understanding of integration between SAP PP and MM, SD, WM, and FI/CO .
- Warehouse Management (WM): Experience with SAP Warehouse Management processes.
- Handling Unit Management (HUM): Knowledge or hands-on experience with Handling Unit Management is an advantage.
