Job Title: Civil Site Engineer – Residential Project

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience: 2–5 Years (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Execute construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
- Monitor site labour, subcontractors, and construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Check reinforcement steel, shuttering, concrete pouring, and formwork before concrete casting.
- Ensure proper execution of brickwork, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, and other finishing activities.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved construction methods and safety procedures.
- Monitor the quality of construction materials, including cement, steel, concrete, sand, and aggregates.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and measurements using appropriate surveying instruments.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site records, labour reports, and material consumption statements.
- Estimate material requirements and coordinate with the stores and purchase teams to ensure timely availability.




- Monitor material wastage and ensure productive utilization of manpower and construction resources.
- Identify site issues, resolve execution-related problems, and report technical discrepancies to senior engineers.
- Coordinate with MEP teams for electrical, plumbing, drainage, and other service installations.
- Maintain measurement books, subcontractor work measurements, and records required for billing.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, site safety, and compliance with applicable construction regulations.
- Assist in snag-list preparation, defect rectification, and handover of residential units.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of residential building construction and site execution.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC work, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, and finishing.
- Understanding of construction materials, quality checks, and measurement procedures.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, labour, and multiple site activities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Completion of construction activities as per project schedule.
- Quality of workmanship and reduction in rework.
- Effective control of material wastage and site costs.
- Compliance with site safety standards.
- Accuracy of site measurements and billing records.
- Timely resolution of site issues and defects.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
