Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to oversee residential construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, timely execution, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites.
- Monitor RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing activities.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and site teams.
- Ensure construction work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and report delays to management.
- Check material requirements, consumption, and availability at the site.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records,



and quality documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction materials.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in residential building construction.
- Robust knowledge of RCC structure, finishing work, and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings.
- Good contractor management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and site safety practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in residential towers or housing projects.
- Candidates who can independently manage site execution and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Candidates available to work at the Taloja–Ghot project location.
