Team Harji is looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects, manage site operations, and ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in managing residential and commercial construction projects from foundation to finishing.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor RCC work, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural elements.
- Ensure quality control of construction materials, workmanship, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of construction activities.
- Manage labour, materials, resources, and site productivity.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related challenges.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, measurements, and other project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and applicable construction standards.
- Monitor material consumption, control wastage,



and assist in maintaining project budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and execution as per specifications.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building construction.
- Practical experience in RCC structures, shuttering, reinforcement, concrete work, masonry, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction planning, estimation, quantity calculations, and quality control.
- Robust leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and handle multiple construction activities efficiently.

Salary

₹50,000–₹70,000 per month, depending on experience, technical expertise, and suitability for the role.
