Civil Engineer

Experience - 8 + YEARS Location - Ludhiana (Punjab) Roles and Responsibilities of Sr.

Civil Engineer To

Lead and Manage the Various ongoing Projects. Review of drawings, Preparation of BOQs & specifications Sheets. On Site continuous Documentations, records must be maintained in Files all the records. Testing of all kind of Materials used step wise step in project.

Audit

Ready documentations, Measurements is responsibility of engineer. Preparation of project schedule and tracking it weekly, identify actual and potential slippages and prepare recovery plans Site measurement sheet verification in coordination with Contactor with all the required Documentations Resolve any site related issues and provide site instructions to contractors as required.



(Contractors Manpower and Technical Clearances) Follow and Guide vendor to Follow all the Safety guidelines. Preparation & circulation of meeting agendas, MOMs etc.

Preperationd of Daily and as well as Full Project Progress report Schedule & Lead project review meetings along with all the Factory Stakeholders. Reviewing of all warranties, O&M; manuals, as built drawings, etc.

Certification of Bills as per actual site Measurements with all the required Quality, Compliance Documents Daily Reporting to the designated Reporting Manager for all project related updates.
