Chāo is hiring a Senior Captain to lead our service team on the floor.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and guide captains and service staff during service
- Welcome guests, manage seating, and handle reservations
- Take orders and recommend dishes, with strong knowledge of the menu
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely, accurate order flow
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain service standards, hygiene, and floor discipline

Requirements:

- 3+ years experience as Captain/Senior Captain in a restaurant, preferably Chinese or Asian cuisine
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable with POS systems
- English/Malayalam/Hindi fluency preferred
- Well-groomed with a guest-first attitude
