Role Description The Senior Business Intelligence Consultant is a full-time remote role focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing Sisense-based analytics solutions for enterprise clients. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into robust data models, ETL processes, and dashboards that drive actionable insights.

The consultant will lead end-to-end BI projects, including data discovery, solution architecture, dashboard development, performance tuning, and user adoption activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting data analysis, advising clients on BI best practices, creating documentation, and mentoring junior team members.



The role also requires close coordination with internal product and engineering teams to leverage DVK’s plugins and AI capabilities and to continuously improve analytics offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into business recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling and data warehousing, including designing scalable schemas and optimizing data structures for BI use.
- Proficiency in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, covering data integration, transformation, and loading from multiple sources into BI platforms.
- Expertise in dashboard design and development, preferably with Sisense or similar BI tools, focusing on usability, performance, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and familiarity with relational and cloud-based databases; experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is beneficial.
- Background in business intelligence, data analytics, or consulting, with a track record of leading end-to-end BI implementations for enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to gather requirements, present findings, and conduct user training in a remote workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; relevant certifications in BI or data engineering are a plus.
- Experience with Sisense, custom plugins, or AI-driven analytics solutions is highly desirable.
