We are looking for a Senior Business Central Technical Consultant / Technical Lead who can independently execute Business Central projects, own technical delivery, manage client discussions, and mentor team members.

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand – On-Site

Technical Expectations:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.
- Strong expertise in AL development, Business Central architecture, extensions and customizations.
- Experience with Business Central implementations, upgrades and enhancements.
- Strong experience in REST APIs, OData, SOAP/Web Services and third-party integrations.
- Experience with RDLC/Word/Excel reports, debugging and performance optimization.
- Good understanding of SQL Server and database concepts.
- Experience with Git/version control and Power Automate.
- Ability to analyse requirements and independently design scalable technical solutions.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Leadership & Delivery Expectations:





- Independently lead 2–3+ Business Central implementations/projects or major technical workstreams.
- Own technical delivery from requirement analysis through development, testing, deployment and support.
- Prepare technical estimates, timelines and solution designs.
- Lead technical discussions with clients and work closely with Functional Consultants and Project Managers.
- Identify and resolve technical risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development standards and quality.
- Mentor, coach and technically guide junior and mid-level Business Central developers.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support team capability development.
- Take ownership of technical decisions and deliverables with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification.
- Azure integration experience.
- Experience working with international clients.
