Are you passionate about building client relationships, driving business growth, and creating impactful event experiences? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Development to join our team!

? Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and agencies.
- Generate leads, pitch event concepts, and convert prospects into business.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial estimates.
- Negotiate deals, manage client expectations, and close business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve profitability.
- Coordinate with creative, production, and execution teams to deliver successful events.
- Manage client accounts, strengthen partnerships, and drive repeat business.
- Track market trends and identify recent opportunities in the event industry.

? What We’re Looking For:





- Proven experience in business development within the event management, experiential marketing, or event production industry.
- Strong networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of event production, including fabrication, AV, lighting, sound, staging, structures, and branding.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Ability to build lasting client relationships and achieve business targets.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with excellent coordination skills.
