About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Barista who takes pride in crafting exceptional coffee, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of café operations.
The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso extraction, latte art, and café workflow, along with the ability to guide team members and ensure consistent beverage quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages consistently.
- Lead and mentor junior baristas to maintain service standards.
- Operate, clean, and maintain coffee equipment.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally.
- Support daily café operations, including opening and closing.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
