Role Description The Senior Beauty Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position involves providing personalized beauty and skincare consultations, recommending suitable Kimirica products, and demonstrating their use to help customers build effective self-care routines. The role includes managing day-to-day retail operations, driving in-store sales, maintaining merchandising and product displays, and ensuring an engaging, luxury customer experience.

Consultant will also handle customer inquiries, support training of junior consultants, stay updated on product launches and brand guidelines, and provide feedback to the team on customer trends and preferences.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skilled understanding of skin care.
- Solid product knowledge of beauty, skincare, and self-care formulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric, empathetic approach.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or luxury lifestyle.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including weekends and retail peak hours as needed.
- Prior experience in a senior consultant or supervisory role in beauty or wellness retail is an advantage.
- Relevant certification or training in cosmetology, aesthetics, or skincare is preferred.
