Senior Area Retail Executive – Operations, Retail EBOs (Brand Jockey)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Incumbent will be responsible to drive the Retail Operations across the assigned geographical area, maximizing customer satisfaction,

improving operations efficiency and store productivity.

Driving Retail performance Like-to-Like sales growth at the assigned stores.

- Responsible for managing tertiary sales of the Stores.
- Regular store visits to assess and address any operational or performance issues to provide support and guidance to store managers.
- Enhancing Category wise performance, monitoring order fill rates,

current styles penetration in the assigned stores.

- Adherence to store SOPs across stores & order tool




- Coordination on target vs achievement status.
- Franchisee payment as per policy.
- Implementation of new retail identity and coordination with cross functional team.
- Reviewing of customer feedback and action thereon.
- Complete master data management on sales, merchandise, and sales forecasting.
- Cross channels follow up for addressing retailer queries.

Education – Any Graduation.

Location – Bangalore

Experience & Skillset: 4 - 6 years of experience in sales, Knowledge in

Retail Management.
