Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution. 15+ years of relevant experience in architecture/interior design within the construction and real estate industry. Mandatory experience in handling hospitality projects including hotels and resorts. Proven experience in high-rise residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments. Strong experience in managing and coordinating with consultants, vendors, contractors, and multiple stakeholders. Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, finishing standards, and project execution processes. Experience in reviewing drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation. Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Office,



and other relevant design/project management tools. Thorough knowledge of local authority approvals, building codes, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working with reputed real estate developers, hospitality brands, or infrastructure companies. Exposure to luxury hospitality or premium residential developments. Experience in sustainable and green building practices. Strong vendor network and industry relationships. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Professional memberships such as COA, IIID, or related industry bodies will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
