Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: B.Arch (Mandatory)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design, planning, and project development.
- Prepare concept designs, detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Review architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, development regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards.
- Guide junior architects and review their deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, and relevant architectural software.




- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and building regulations.
- Experience in government, institutional, public-sector, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- CoA registration preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice will be given preference.
