Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Senior Architect based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Senior Architect will lead architectural projects from concept to completion, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and oversee design and technical development. Responsibilities include managing project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets,



and integrating innovative design solutions into architectural and interior projects.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Experience in Project Management, including leading teams and ensuring project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as it relates to architectural tools and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a focus on technical and aesthetic design standards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and building standards in India
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for client and team interactions
