Hospertz India Pvt Ltd is a Mumbai-headquartered healthcare-infrastructure company founded by a doctor. We plan, design and execute hospitals and clinics across India, from feasibility and architecture to interiors, MEP coordination and NABH-ready handover. Offices: Andheri (Mumbai), Bhopal and Chhattisgarh.

We are building our senior delivery team and hiring for three leadership roles, for people who have run large projects and large site teams.

- SENIOR ARCHITECT - HEALTHCARE PROJECTS (2 openings)
- Lead hospital and clinic projects from concept and space programming to working drawings and site handover.
- Plan OT complexes, ICUs, wards, OPDs and diagnostics with correct zoning, flows and NABH requirements.
- Own complete AutoCAD drawing sets; coordinate MEP, structural and interior consultants.
- B.Arch with valid Council of Architecture registration; 7+ years including site execution.
- SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER - HOSPITALS & LARGE COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
- Lead interiors for hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres: concept, 3D, working drawings, finish schedules and BOQs.
- Drive site execution with contractors and vendors to quality and timeline.
- Degree/diploma in Interior Design; 6+ years with executed large projects; AutoCAD plus SketchUp/3ds Max.




- SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR - MULTIPLE LARGE PROJECTS
- Run several large projects at the same time from mobilisation to handover: schedules, budgets, contractors, quality and safety.
- Lead and coordinate site teams of 30-50+ people (engineers, supervisors, contractors and vendors) across sites.
- Coordinate architects, interior designers, MEP and biomedical teams; report progress to clients and management.
- B.E./B.Tech Civil, B.Arch or equivalent; 8+ years on big-ticket construction or fit-out projects.

COMMON TO ALL THREE ROLES
- Proven experience on big projects and leading large teams (30-50 people) across multiple sites.
- Healthcare / hospital execution background is strongly preferred. Industrial, commercial or large residential execution is also considered.
- AutoCAD-based drawing workflow (our team standard).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai; travel to project sites across India.
