The ideal candidate should have solid Figma skills, a good understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility, responsive design, and design systems. You should be comfortable working in an Agile environment, collaborating with stakeholders, using feedback and data to improve designs, and delivering high-quality design work within sprint timelines.
